Ben is a Licensed Massage Therapist by The State of Ohio as of Feb. 2011.  He practices various forms of massage therapy, including:  Traditional Swedish Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Deep Tissue, Pre- and Post- Event Sports Massage, Maintenance Sports Massage, and Active Isolated Stretching (AIS).  

Ben believes in the profound Healing and Restorative effects of Massage Therapy, and feels massage is an absolutely necessary part of our hectic, stress-filled world.  More than just a euphoric or relaxed feeling, massage is an extremely important aspect of maintaining the health of body tissues, circulation, pain levels, and the nervous system.  He is focused on the client's privacy, goals, and well being.

Halotherapy is also a very important aspect of Ben's approach to wellness.  While massage is extremely important, Halotherapy can address problems that massage simply cannot; the Respiratory System.  While certain massage techniques can help a client to cough, expectorate, etc, Halotherapy truly addresses breathing problems from the inside out.  After the session, clients will often experience levels of deep breathing that have not been consciously achieved in years.  

You can request a massage session to be done in The Salt Room itself with a Halotherapy treatment ($15 add on).  The ambiance and the Halo treatment creates an amazing wellness experience like no other!

Leyanna Oster, LMT

The Salt Room is locally owned and operated by Benjamin Pfeiffer, LMT.  He graduated from the Dayton School of Medical Massage in the fall of 2010, and is licensed to practice Massage Therapy by the State Medical Board of Ohio.  He excelled in school and graduated at the top of his class.  Shortly after his licensure exam, he began looking for work.  After a six months at a local clinic, he decided it was time to pursue an inspiration he got from a wonderful instructor from school, and a few months later, The Centerville Salt Room was born.

We, at The Centerville Salt Room, wish to provide our community with holistic, natural, sound of mind and body treatment with our Halotherapy and Massage services.  We believe that wellness begins from within, and we are here to serve those who wish to approach wellness from a natural perspective.  We provide professional clinical massage therapy services from only licensed, trained professionals in a calm, private environment.  We want to share our Halotherapy services to all, at an affordable rate, that everyone can experience the truly amazing benefits that Halotherapy has to offer.

Leyanna is a talented and experienced therapist who has excellent palpation skills and muscular knowledge.  She can pinpoint problem areas and help relieve pain for an excellent therapeutic massage.  You can request a Salt Room session with Leyanna.  She is typically available on Monday - Thursday.
